Offering preventative services as well as higher levels of care, The Wellness Clinic partners with seniors, caregivers, and their loved ones to provide assistance and guidance with everyday support needs and help residents maintain their health and independence.
On-site health services, provided by our Wellness Nurse, include:
- Dressing changes
- Blood pressure checks
- Suture removal
- Emergency response services
- Caregiver action plans
- Healthcare education
- Health assessments to determine care needs and connection to other helpful community resources
Health & Wellness Navigation Program, an LCS Signature Experience
An LCS exclusive service, the Health & Wellness Navigation Program helps coordinate all care and resources available to residents. Your Wellness Navigator is here to help develop unique meal and exercise plans, schedule health care logistics like appointments and transportation, and coordinate any transitions through levels of care. We handle the planning, giving you peace of mind so you can focus on you.
