Our monthly service fee includes the cost of all interior and exterior maintenance of your residence, including housekeeping. Both houses and hybrid homes include the following:

• Lawn and Landscape Care
• Snow Removal
• Window Washing
• Irrigation Maintenance
• Some Utilities (Such as water, sewer, trash and recycling, cable, and water softener service.)

For the community members who reside in the apartments at Westminster Village, we provide a daily meal. Additionally, all utilities, high-speed internet connection, weekly flat linen laundry service, and a 24-hour call system are included.

All residents enjoy the wellness programs, planned community activities, entertainment, and scheduled transportation to the grocery and mall. Telephone service is not included. Upgraded cable channels are available at a negotiated discounted rate.

Westminster offers two entrance fee options:

• The 80% Refundable plan requires the highest entrance fee, but 80% is returned in full to you or your heirs upon departure from Westminster Village.
• The Traditional plan, which features the lowest entrance fee, offers a refund that decreases over a period of four years.

Independent living offers the freedom to live life on your own terms while liberating you from the burden of home maintenance, transportation, meal preparation, and other everyday tasks. At Westminster Village, you're in the company of peers who share similar life journeys. You also gain access to a variety of amenities and services that are designed to enrich your life and daily experiences.

Residents of Westminster Village's independent living community can choose from a selection of living spaces, including:

• One or Two-Bedroom Apartments
• Two or Three-Bedroom Ranch-Style Homes
• Two-Bedroom Hybrid Homes

Each living option boasts a variety of floor plans. Many of our residences have in-unit washers, dryers, and gourmet-style kitchens equipped with full-sized appliances. Additional highlights include premium cabinetry, countertops, and various upgrades.

Hybrid homes feature patios or balconies, kitchen islands, controlled entry, and other exclusive amenities. Residents are encouraged to personalize their spaces with their own furniture and decor. For those in assisted living, comfortable and spacious one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments are available.

Many of our residents continue to drive, so yes, you may absolutely bring your car to Westminster Village. Most of our single-family homes offer two-car garages. Apartment building residents also enjoy ample parking. While residents of The Terraces hybrid homes have access to a ground-level, enclosed and heated parking garage.

Assisted living is a supportive living arrangement where individuals receive help with daily activities while still retaining their independence. This may include regular assistance with dressing, bathing, dining, and managing medications.

Assisted living residents have the autonomy to structure their own day, with the reassurance that help is readily available when needed.
