In Tippecanoe County, Westminster Village’s Live Well Fitness & Rehab Center sets the bar for extraordinary inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation. At Live Well, you are on a first-name basis with your treatment team, the proven experts at reducing readmission rates, achieving shorter stays, and getting you back to your routine as quickly and safely as possible. In fact, Live Well’s average length of stay for rehab is well below the national average.
You don’t have to be a resident of Westminster Village to receive either inpatient or outpatient rehabilitation.

Inpatient Rehabilitation:
Specializing in stroke, cardiac, orthopedic, and respiratory care.
If you have trouble swallowing, have ongoing pain (eg. joint, neuromuscular, neurological), or are facing joint replacement, our exceptional therapy team will work diligently with you to restore function and help you achieve your highest activity level.
Here, you’ll enjoy a luxurious private room with a private bathroom, flat-screen television, Wi-Fi, and mini-refrigerator, as well as access to all of Westminster Village’s fabulous amenities.
Our Inpatient rehabilitation services include:
- New modalities & state-of-the-art equipment for enhanced treatment effectiveness, convenience, and comfort
- Spacious rehab gym
- Comfortable, at-home atmosphere

Outpatient therapy – rehab by day, home by night.
As an added convenience, those receiving rehabilitation as an outpatient can enter the rehab area through a separate entrance.
